Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Comeback With Sanjay Gupta ‘Jazbaa': Jazbaa is an upcoming Bollywood action packed thriller film which is being directed and Produced by Sanjay Gupta and the film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Irfan Khan in lead roles. Jazbaa which is said to be an action thriller drama will feature Aishwarya as a very strong female character, playing the role of lawyer while Irrfan Khan will reprise the role of a suspended cop who has problem with authority and discipline. Beside Aishwarya and Irrfan John Abraham is set do an important cameo.

Aishwarya, who is away from acting for four years, after the birth of Aaradhya she has become a hands-on mom and totally dedicated to her family. Now that Aaradhya has grown up a bit, she is ready to hit the silver screen yet again. For the first time, Ash will be seen in the role of a lawyer. ‘Jazbaa’, an action packed thriller is said to go on floors in January 2015. Sanjay Gupta is working with Ash for the first time. The film also stars John Abraham but the filmmaker did not reveal any details about the role that john will be playing.
Jazbaa Is The Remake Of South Korean Titled ‘Seven Days’
The plot of jazbaa bears similarities with a South Korean crime thriller titled seven days. Gupta has admitted to buying the remake rights to a film which jazbaa is based on, but has refused to name the film. It is now clear that Aish is playing the lead role of the lawyer while irfan migh be the guy who helps her in the trial. This is not the first time Gupta has remade a Korean film, his John Abraham- Sanjay Dutt Starter Zinda was a copy of the critically acclaimed South Korean Film Old Boy (2003).
Aishwarya Rai, who had taken a gap post her pregnancy, is gearing up for her second innings in Bollywood. And it will be interesting to see Bollywood Queen on Silver screen after a long gap. Produced and directed by Sanjay Gupta, Jazbaa is slated to go on floors in January 2015.
