Ajay is now all set to produce and direct a film titled Shivaay, that’s derived from the Sanskrit chant ‘Om Namah Shivay‘. This film will be presented by Eros International. Ajay will be playing the central character in this action packed film that will be shot primarily in Mumbai and is expected to go on floors next year.

Dilip Kumar Grand Niece Sayesha Makes Debut Ajay’s Shivaay

Ajay Devgn’s newest venture Shivaay is all set to go on floors in January 2015. The film, which is Ajay’s second directorial after U, Me Aur Hum promises to be an action packed flick. Though not much about the film is revealed yet, but it’s confirmed that the film will star Ajay Devgn in the lead opposite Sayesha, who is the grand-niece of Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar. Sayesha will make debut in bollywood through Ajay Devgn directional Shivaay.
