Badlapur is an upcoming Indian-action thriller film directed by Sriram Raghwan and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla. The film stars Varun Dhawan and Nawazzuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, with Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam, Divya Dutta and Radhika Apte in supporting roles. Talking about the movie, Raghavan said: “In the early part of the film, something happens, and one should not miss it. I want to stress that don’t miss the beginning and don’t miss the end of the film. The story of the film yet not revealed by the makers and kept under wraps. Expectations of Badlapur Movie at Box Office

“I have done three films before this and my characters in it were an extension of me. Somewhere down the line, the characters were like me. In Badlapur it is something I could be when I become a father. “There are lots of emotions (in my Badlapur character). This is a total piece of art which Sriram has nicely graphed for me. This was a great experience,” said the actor, who has earlier been part of Student Of The Year, Main Tera Hero and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.

After winning over hearts with his lover boy and comedy routines, Varun will foray into action with “Badlapur”, the sound track and background score of which is composed by the talented duo Sachin-Jigar. The film marks Varun’s first time away from the romantic comedy genre. He says being part of an intense drama like Badlpaur was great.

Film created lot of buzz due to its outstanding trailer and the film is set to release on February 20, 2015. Box office pundits are expecting that movie will be super hit at box office.
